Q: Will my name, phone number and address be confidential?
A: Yes. Doggeanie will not pass on your contact information to third parties. I will only use your e-mail address or phone number to contact you about your request. Should you ever receive a spam that says it is connected with this site, please contact us and we will take every known action to stop it. We do collect information as to the times and ways that our site is accessed. This is in order to make improvements and to ensure that the site stays accessible.

Q: Are phone readings different from face to face readings?
A: Like face to face readings, my phone readings are not computer generated. You are welcome to ask questions and ask me to look at something if we have not covered it in the reading. Unlike face to face readings and many other phone readings, I do not have a set limit on the time set aside for your reading, but it is unlikely to take longer than one hour. If I am unable to make a contact with you, for whatever reason, I will refund any donations / payments made within 30 days.

Q: How can I send a donation or payment?
A: I accept donations/payments via Paypal.
Because Paypal is done on a secure server this means that no card numbers are exchanged between yourself and Doggeanie.biz.

Receipts are sent for all donations/payments.

Cheques and postal orders are also accepted, made payable please to G Jones.

Should your reading be on a Monday, donations can be made out to the appropriate charity that you have chosen.

Q: What graphics have you used on your site?
A: The graphics used in this website are, to my knowledge, free from royalty payments. If you consider them to be your copy right, please e-mail me or phone and I will remove them immediately from the website.
